Payment & Shipping
All prices are shown in NZ dollars. Your shopping cart displays the goods you have purchased. We accept Visa and MasterCard credit card payments via PayPal. PayPal is secure and encrypted and your credit card number will not be stored. You do not need a PayPal account to pay by credit card using PayPal.
- Free nationwide delivery offer valid only for customers shipping to a New Zealand address.
- If Orders placed on weekdays before 10AM, we will ship products straight away. It can be guaranteed delivery between 1 – 5 business days*
- We have 30-days Return Policy.
Lost or Damaged Products
If a product delivery does not arrive, or it arrives with damaged, please contact us within 30 days with confirmation of dispatch. We will require your details, the details of the item that was lost, and the tracking number we sent you with confirmation of dispatch. If a damaged item has arrived we require it to be returned to the postal authority in your country as near as possible in the same condition as when it was delivered. We will then replace your item free of charge.

Leather goods are very sensitive. You need to pay attention while using leather goods. Some of important instructions are:
- Protecting your leather goods from a synthetic material (oil or others chemicals)
- Protecting your leather goods from water and grease. Should it get wet, dab with a soft cloth immediately.
- Try to avoid from excessive exposure to direct light and extreme heat
- Be aware not to rub your bag with anything abrasive or coarse.
- Use alcohol free products to clean your leather goods.
